Not long after North Korea joined Twitter and YouTube, reports indicate that it has now created a Facebook page, maybe. “We are aware of the Facebook account and the police and the National Intelligence Service are currently investigating the site to verify whether it is indeed run by the North Korean government,” a member of South Korea’s Communications Standards Commission says. It’s hard to tell if the page is legitimate. For example, whoever is running it recently posted a video about sharks. That may or may not be some kind of geopolitical metaphor, depending on what the Korean narrator is saying. Maybe North Korea just really likes sharks. Oh, and men. North Korea is interested in dudes. But just for networking! (Wink.)
