Traits observed in first-graders are apparently accurate predictors of who those kids will be as adults. “Personality is part of our biology,” Christopher Nave, a doctoral candidate at the University of California, Riverside, said. “Life events still influence our behaviors, yet we must acknowledge the power of personality in understanding future behavior as well.” So if you’re waiting on someone to change, maybe stop.
