Judge Elden Fox ruled this morning that Our Lady of the Creative Nail Polish will revisit the slammer for failing a drug test, which violated her probation. La Lohan returned to jail in handcuffs after the ten-minute hearing in a Beverly Hills courtroom. Fox denied bail until her October 22 hearing, refusing to listen to arguments from her lawyer. This will be her third stint in jail since 2007, although she was released early for overcrowding twice before. Us Weekly reported yesterday that her surprisingly articulate and moving tweets on the subject of her positive drug test were actually penned by her assistant and male friend while Lindsay giggled and drank Jack and Cokes. A witness said the friend told her, “It’s better to say you’re responsible. Denying it will just get everyone mad per usual.’” This would sound more believable if the quote was “per yooj.”
