And now she’s hooked up with Luis Medina, who is actually a Spanish count. The 30-year old hunk, according to “Page Six,” is “one of the most eligible bachelors in Europe and a perennial on various international best-dressed lists.” Clarification: Amanda Hearst has a thing for incredibly rich foreign men of the Latin or Iberian persuasion.
