The other night Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban went out to dinner with Jersey Shore star Mike “the Situation” Sorrentino on a little fellow’s night, as it were. (In the meatpacking district, no less.) Apparently Sitch and his business partners wanted to rub ol’ Cube’s head to see if some of his billionaire magic would wipe off. Because, much like Cuban, Sorrentino is an entrepreneur. When Cuban was in his late twenties and early thirties, he worked at a software company and eventually founded a revolutionary systems-integration firm that he sold to Compuserve for millions, and eventually founded Broadcast.com which was later bought by Yahoo for $5.9 billion. At the same age, the Situation has a book deal, a branding gig with a gym in the Plaza hotel, and a sponsorship with a protein-infused vodka company. It’s like they’re the same person!
