Bill O’Reilly Has Juan Williams’ Back

Ex-NPR senior correspondent Juan Williams, who was fired for admitting on Fox News that he gets nervous when Muslims wear their garb on planes, wasted no time returning to the scene of the crime to join Bill O’Reilly for an enthusiastic NPR bash session and to admit that he finally thinks of Bill as a stand-up guy. O’Reilly predicted that Williams would be the catalyst that forces Congress to defund NPR and assured him that The O’Reilly Factor has his back against George Soros, or something. Over at The Glenn Beck Program, Glenn wonders if Americans want to live in a country where you can be fired for speaking your mind, and Keith Olbermann wants Juan Williams to remember that the 9/11 hijackers weren’t wearing turbans on those planes. Wrapping things up on Parker Spitzer, D.L. Hughley blames liberals like himself for the whole debacle, and Rachel Maddow wants to remind everyone that Williams’s firing is so not a First Amendment issue. Watch our compilation to see what you missed.
