California’s Prop 19 which would allow people over 21 years old to possess up to an ounce of marijuana and allow local governments to regulate and tax its sale is headed for defeat, if the latest poll showing Californians opposing it by a 49-42 margin is accurate. However, proponents of Prop 19 believe that the poll results cold be skewed, as some people are probably reluctant to admit their support to pollsters. Zach Galifianakis knows no such timidity. During a discussion of Prop 19 on Friday’s Real Time With Bill Maher, he lit up and smoked a joint, to the shock and delight of the audience and Maher himself.
