Two and a half years since she pulled out of the presidential race, Hillary Clinton is “so close to paying off the last of her debt,” according to a fund-raising e-mail Bill Clinton has sent out to supporters. As an incentive to contribute, Bill, for at least the third time, is offering to spend a day with one lucky donor in New York. “Last year, we flew one of Hillary’s biggest supporters to New York to spend the day with me,” he writes in the e-mail. “It was such a good time that I’d like to do it again.” Also, he has no choice.
