It looks like the same type of bomb as the two that recently exploded at the Swiss and Chilean missions in Rome, injuring two people (this most recent one was defused safely). The previous two were apparently sent by an Italian dissent group, the Informal Anarchist Federation, which has got to be the most redundantly named chaos group up and running at the moment. [NYT]
