It’s happened: Lindsay Lohan has been charged with felony grand theft, TMZ reports. The perennially courthouse-bound actress was charged in the just-filed case for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store on January 22, and as TMZ notes, it isn’t the first time that expensive articles of clothing have disappeared around Lohan. If convicted, Lohan could be sent to state prison for a year. [TMZ]
