The young actress and new mom just recently closed on the two apartments on 82nd Street on the Upper East Side that Zellweger, recently single since her breakup with actor Bradley Cooper, was looking to sell. Between the two places, which occupy the entire second floor of the building, there are four bedrooms and four and a half baths, with 13.5-foot ceilings and wood-burning fireplaces. According to the Times, the pair had been listed for a total of $8.95 million. Apparently movies like Night Train and In The Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale pay better than you’d imagine.
