It had only been hours since Cathie Black’s ouster resignation when she started getting offers for her next job, or so Keith Kelly implies in today’s Media Ink. The top options: filling Jack Griffin’s empty spot as CEO of Time Inc., or taking over for NPR chief Vivian Schiller, who, writes Kelly, “resigned because the board decided that a number of controversies during her tenure had become too distracting for her to continue.” Sounds like the perfect role for Black!
