NATO Cutting to the Chase in Libya?

A day after the hawkish senatorial trio of Lindsey Graham, John McCain, and Joe Lieberman pushed for a stepped-up effort to break the stalemate in Libya, NATO bombed the Tripoli compound of Muammar Qaddafi this morning for the third time since the air war began. The Times says the strikes destroyed “a complex of offices and meeting facilities,” while the AP reports they demolished “a library building” and damaged “a reception hall for visiting dignitaries.” Qaddafi, apparently, remains wholly intact.
