The last time the MTA released a photo of a batch of falcon babies nested at the top of the Throg’s Neck and Verrazano Bridges, we were understandably concerned. Humans were actually building their nests for them — conspiring with these bird buccaneers to help them grow and multiply, knowing full well that they would later repay the favor by bringing down our planes and trying to devour our tiny, rodent-adjacent terriers. But now, looking at this latest batch of babies … we’re somehow not as worried.
