Sorry, kids! The January administration of the high school Regents exams, which was canceled in May owing to a shortfall in the state’s testing budget, is back on. It only took the mayor five phone calls — and $250,000 of his own money — to raise the $1.4 million needed to restore New York’s teenagers’ chance to freak out over another round of math, English, science, American history, and global history questions this winter.
