Glenn Mulcaire, the News of the World private investigator jailed in 2007 for hacking phones, lost his latest appeal and has been ordered by a court to name the News International personnel who authorized his celebrity snooping. Mulcaire, meanwhile, is himself suing News Corp. so they will continue to pay his legal fees. [Guardian UK]
