Federal authorities arrested Rezwan Ferdaus on Wednesday, charging him with a plot to blow up the Pentagon and the U.S. Capitol. According to reports, the 26-year-old American citizen planned to carry out the attacks via remote-controlled F-86 planes filled with C-4 plastic explosives, which were actually provided to him by FBI agents posing as sympathizers. Ferdaus is also in trouble for providing detonation devices to people he believed to be Al Qaeda operatives. (They also turned out to be undercover officers.) So, as U.S. attorney Carmen M.
