Francis Biden, who looks just how you would might imagine Joe Biden’s Florida-dwelling little brother would look, was hospitalized this weekend along with his girlfriend after receiving a manilla envelope full of a mysterious, powdery, white substance in the mail. Police also evacuated Biden’s street as a precaution. He’s fine, and the substance appears to have been harmless, but we can’t quite shake the feeling that this is the sort of prank Biden’s Onion alter ego would play on little Frankie. [NYP]
