A 33-year-old woman who says she was forcibly touched in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, in September captured the accused on a short video that was made available today. The incident occurred around 8th Avenue and 49th Street in Sunset Park at about 1:15 a.m. Sept. 8, when a man approached the victim from behind, grabbed her and took off on foot. The video is raw but apparently the woman got a close-up photo of the pervert too. It’s the next best thing to physically assaulting a person who forcibly touches you.
