Cain Accuser Calls for Apology on Piers Morgan Tonight

Appearing on CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight following a revealing press conference earlier in the day, Sharon Bialek, the latest Herman Cain sexual-harassment accuser, called on the embattled Republican presidential candidate for an apology. Attorney Gloria Allred, who sat by Bialek’s side, dubbed Cain a “serial sexual harasser” if all the other women’s allegations against Cain are true. Bialek emphasized that she only wishes that by coming forward with her story, other victims might speak up in similar situations.

Bialek’s disfavor against Cain stems from an incident that allegedly occurred fourteen years ago when she sought his help obtaining a job. Riding in a car together after a dinner, Bialek said, “[Cain] suddenly reached over and put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals.”

Cain campaign spokesman J.D. Gordon fired back at the accuser in a colorful statement, which reads in part:

After savaging Herman Cain through anonymous accusers for a week, his opponents convinced a woman with a long history of financial difficulties, including personal bankruptcy, to falsely accuse the Republican frontrunner of events occurring over a decade ago for which there is no record, nor was there ever even a complaint filed.

At the end of the clip, Bialek wishes out loud that Cain would just call a press conference to admit his wrongdoing. She’ll get that, in part — Cain will hold a presser in Scottsdale, Arizona, tomorrow at 3 p.m. local time.
