A day after the U.S. Navy rescued thirteen Iranian sailors in the Arabian Sea who had been held captive by pirates for over a month, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta was asked on Face the Nation whether Iran had said “thank you.” “Not yet,” he replied. “Not yet.”
