Warren Buffett Sang ‘I’ve Been Working on the Railroad’ on Chinese TV

Somewhere on the Chinese state broadcaster’s website for this year’s “Spring Festival Gala” is a 45-second clip of Warren Buffett playing a ukulele and singing “I’ve Been Working on the Railroad,” while sitting in front of a large model-train set. We’re assuming the song choice had something to do with America’s transcontinental railroad being built by Chinese immigrant labor in the mid-1800s and Buffett’s purchase last year of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. (Or not.)

We weren’t able to find the clip in question, so here’s Buffett singing the tune while on a five-city China tour last month.

Update: Thanks to Business Insider, here’s the CCTV clip mentioned above, complete with geeky sweater and audio out-of-synch with Buffett’s lips.
