For their latest stunt, the smug theater kids of Improv Everywhere targeted Staten Island (which has suffered enough) with their un-funniest prank yet, setting off 100 car alarms simultaneously. Conducted by a man standing in front of a graffiti penis, participants hid behind a concrete wall and hit their panic buttons as bystanders looked annoyed and went about their business. Then the performers shut off the alarms. Bravo, everyone.
