Technically, the twin girls born today in Manhattan are both New Yorkers, but only one is so passionate about this city that she chose to enter the world in the back of a taxi. When EMS workers arrived at Clinton and Delancey Streets this morning, a woman had just given birth to one girl in the back of the cab and was still in labor. They rushed her to the hospital, where she had the other twin under slightly more hygienic conditions. Hopefully, they left a hefty tip for that taxi driver.
