Mayor Bloomberg has surveyed New York real estate and decided that there aren’t enough really tiny apartments. According to the AP, he’s asking developers to design “micro-units” of no more than 300 square feet — or just enough space for a fold-out bed, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a corner to cry in.
