Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg revealed in an interview with Reuters on Wednesday that she recently fell and cracked two ribs, yet didn’t take any time off from work. Ginsburg discovered the injury at the beginning of June, shortly before the court revealed its decisions on Arizona’s immigration law and Obamacare, “so it was the worst possible time,” she says. At 79, Ginsburg is the oldest member of the court, but she intends to stay on the bench for at least another three years. News of her tenacity only makes us more disappointed that she and the other justices won’t be participating in any kind of reality show.
