Federal prosecutors charged a 48-year-old New Jersey man Wednesday with sexual abuse for allegedly molesting a woman sleeping in a seat next to him on an August 20 United red-eye flight from Phoenix to Newark, reports NBC New York. According to the complaint, Bawer Aksal reached under a jacket across her seat and into her shorts, “with his fingers penetrating her vaginal opening and anus,” according to the complaint. He also creepily whispered to her “Kiss me,” at which point she shoved him off and reported the incident. Aksal admitted to touching her “but claimed the Victim forced his hand into her vagina.”
