Granted, this was on the Obama campaign’s Tumblr, a medium read almost exclusively by young people who use young-people colloquialisms such as “the worst.” But it’s still pretty weird to hear that phrase coming from an official mouthpiece of the president. It’s also not an accurate representation of how Obama — who has called Ryan “a decent man” and “a pretty sincere guy” — feels about the Wisconsin congressman.
