Forty-four-year-old Keith Patron has turned himself in and has been charged with assault as a hate crime for the razor attack last week at the troubled West 3rd Street McDonald’s in Manhattan, DNAinfo reports. “You’re going to the wrong bathroom,” Patron allegedly told a 22-year-old transgender woman and her friend before following them outside and slashing one of the women multiple times.
