Twitter lost yet another battle today in its never-ending fight against turning over an Occupy Wall Street protester’s since-deleted tweets, with a judge giving the microblogging site three days, for real this time. “I can’t put Twitter or the little blue bird in jail, so the only way to punish is monetarily,” said a State Supreme Court judge, who wants either the data or the company’s earnings reports so he can decide on a fine for being in contempt of court. Now we will see if the little blue bird can give the finger.
