Queens gym teacher John Webster — 27 years old and 220 pounds — is suing the city after a 50-pound first grader allegedly busted his knee and ankle. “It’s sad that teachers like Mr. Webster are not offered protection from someone who can endanger other teachers and students,” Webster’s lawyer says. Something’s sad here. We’re not sure it’s that.
