Actually, I don’t know what the note was about. National savings rates or something? Between an overextended genie analogy, off-kilter references to his wife’s shoe collection, and the Flav cartoon, I’m pretty sure Gross typed this up after trick-or-treating last night, while seized by a massive funsize-Twix-induced sugar high.
