Lights Back on in East Village, SoHo, Chelsea

Update (5 p.m. EDT): According to Con Edison and  every single person on Twitter, the power is back on in the East Village, SoHo, other parts of Lower Manhattan. Check out this Instagrammed proof of a working stoplight.
