Jonathan Crupi was arrested today for the murder of his 29-year-old schoolteacher wife Simeonette Mapes-Crupi, who was found stabbed to death on Staten Island in July. “We kinda felt along that it was him, this just proves our thoughts and our suspicions,” the victim’s brother told the Post. Her uncle echoed the same always-the-husband inkling, telling the Staten Island Advance, “I had a deep feeling that is was him, and this is going to prove that it is. This was a long time coming.”
