One of two investigations that brought down fourteen alleged gun-runners in the Bronx was called Operation Ghostbusters because the gang’s leader went by “Caspa,” the Associated Press reports. Between that, the Bad Barbies girl gang, and the fake cops with the Inspector Gadget-esque license plate hiding device, crime in the Bronx is taking a real turn for eighties kid culture. At least when it comes to nicknames.
