Marco Rubio took a sip of water during his State of the Union response last night. It was kind of funny and awkward because the water was really far away and Rubio had to lunge to grab it and he tried to maintain eye contact the whole time. That being said, human beings drink water every day. I’m drinking it right now. Nobody is laughing at me, because there is nothing embarrassing about drinking water. But memes! But GIFs! This might be hard to believe, but 99.8 percent of the American population couldn’t care less what the hot GIF is today, or ever.
