This pickpocket who got caught on camera stealing another woman’s wallet while she tried on boots has some iron nerve. Not only did she lift the lady’s wallet, she worked at it for a good 30 seconds before actually snatching it. Slow and steady wins the race, apparently, even in pickpocket land.
