Although the cop charged with surreptitiously taping his 21-year-old neighbor got most of the headlines, six NYPD employees have been arrested since Friday, including four officers. The charges include marijuana possession and a handful of DWIs, as if St. Patrick’s Day weren’t messy enough already.
