James O’Keefe Owes Former ACORN Employee $100,000

James O'Keefe, who gained national attention after releasing secretly recorded videos of workers in ACORN offices, speaks during a breakout session at the We The People tea party convention at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, Ohio on June 29, 2012. Occurring on the day following the Supreme Court's ruling to uphold the Affordable Care Act, several of the day's sessions focused on various plans of attack for tea partiers to follow in efforts to have the law stymied or repealed.

Conservative stunt “journalist” and manipulative video editor extraordinaire James O’Keefe officially “regrets any pain suffered” by a former ACORN staffer he illegally filmed without permission in one of those Project Veritas stings. To say sorry and settle the lawsuit, O’Keefe has agreed to pay $100,000 in damages, which could potentially buy Barack Obama a lot of votes when he rips up the Constitution and runs for a third term.
