Mayor Bloomberg and Jimmy Carter took some time out of their busy schedules to engage in an extended staring contest at city hall earlier today. Carter appears to be cracking at the moment this photo was taken — four minutes and 25 seconds into the contest, according to the timer. Bloomberg, whose default facial expression is Unblinking Disinterest, went into the match a heavy favorite.
