At a memorial for murdered MIT officer Sean Collier today, Vice-President Joe Biden called Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev “two twisted, perverted, cowardly knock-off jihadis,” in that special way only he could. Meanwhile, the Washington Post reports that the CIA requested that Tamerlan, the older, allegedly more radicalized brother, be added to a terrorist watch list after the FBI’s preliminary investigation turned up nothing.
