The condo-ification of the Williamsburg waterfront, dream destination of scruffy Europeans and young, tattooed couples who think Park Slope is stuffy, is not all patterned papooses and $7 ice cream cones. “It’s annoying to be outside with a baby, it’s loud and dusty,” one local mother lamented to DNAinfo. “I have a mom friend who is currently trying to move out of her apartment due to construction,” another added.
