Andrew Cuomo’s onetime, F-bombing opponent for the governor’s mansion has followed through on his lesser ambitions and landed a spot last night on the Buffalo school board. Carl Paladino won 2,543 votes, or 79 percent, to his opponent’s 646 (and 20 write-ins). Paladino originally launched his candidacy by deriding the sitting members as a “sisterhood,” getting thrown out of a meeting, and vowing, of his new colleagues, “I’m going to destroy them. All nine of them.” So this should go swimmingly.
