The upstate ice-cream truck wars have gotten out of hand: Two local Sno Cone Joe drivers are charged with harassment and stalking in the fight against their rival Mr. Ding-a-Ling operators for allegedly “playing their music at high volume and trying to lure away customers with promises of free ice cream,” while shouting “This is my town!” and “I own this town!” Wait until Gloversville gets a Coldstone.
