Police re-arrested the man who who gave them the slip while still in handcuffs Saturday, about four blocks from where they first arrested him. They said Lawrence Mason, 52, had run into the 116th Street 2-3 station and dashed into a tunnel, where they lost him. There’s no word on whether he was still wearing the cuffs.
