According to a heavily redacted disciplinary report, West Point superintendent Lt. Gen. David Huntoon broke the rules in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, when he “misused his position to get cat-feeding help for a friend, but it was unclear who was feeding the cats and who the friend was.” We must not rest until we know the extent of these abuses.
