Ippo the Zonkey Is the Cronut of Italy

In the picture Ippo, a specimen of zonkey, a rare junction of a female donkey and a male zebra born three days ago. Florence, 23 July 2013.
The zonkey is the small one.

Nature tried to keep them apart, by giving them different genes. Man tried to keep them apart, by putting a fence in between their pens at their animal reserve in Florence, Italy. But this zebra and this donkey really wanted to bang, so they found a way to bang. The result was Ippo, a zonkey born two days ago. He’s like a cronut, except you can’t eat hi— … he’s like a cronut.
