At about the 13:30 mark in the latest episode of “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” — a web series in which Jerry Seinfeld and his friends talk about stuff while driving around and hanging out in cafés, because why not? — Seinfeld and Chris Rock get pulled over for speeding in New Jersey in a 1969 Lamborghini Miura P400S.
“It would be such a better episode if he pulls me to the side and beats the shit out of me,” Rock joked. “If you weren’t here, I’d be scared. Yeah, I’m famous — still black.”
The police officer doesn’t seem to react when he sees two of the most famous comedians of all time in the car, and it’s not clear if he gave them a ticket. Honestly, though, unless the ticket is for something like $50,000, Seinfeld’s going to keep driving as fast as he wants.
