The man responsible for critically injuring a 63-year-old and destroying a bunch of property when he plowed into an East Village bodega last month was allegedly high on both. “Did I hurt anyone? Did I kill anyone? If I killed anyone, please just kill me now,” 32-year-old Shaun Martin allegedly said to cops at the scene. “Don’t call my mother, she’s going to be upset.” Martin faces up to fifteen years in prison for aggravated vehicular assault, felony assault, drug possession, and two driving while under the influence charges.
