NASDAQ is having one of those days. The stock exchange, where the likes of Apple and Facebook shares are traded, has been halted by an “unexplained technical issue” for the first time in recent memory, disturbing global markets and causing Wall Street traders to throw even more phones across the room than usual.

NASDAQ is blaming the “system on which trades are recorded” for the technical glitch, but we’re pretty sure it’s Time Warner Cable’s fault, somehow.
